Kindergarten

Recognizing that children grow and develop at different rates, the St. Luke's Kindergarten program provides individualized instruction and curriculum for each child. Special attention is given to reasoning skills and problem solving along with academic readiness in reading and mathematics. The program also incorporates all aspects of St. Luke's preschool curriculum. St. Luke's Kindergarten provides the flexibility necessary to make an informed decision for your child's future school placement.

• 5 years old as of September 1
• September - May
• Five days per week
• Two Kindergarten certified teachers in the classroom
• School day (beginning 9:00A) or extended hours (beginning 7:15A) available
• Kindergarten students needing full-time enroll in St. Luke's After School Care program for the 2:30-6:00P portion of the day

Where No One Walks Alone

Worship services and Sunday School classes are offered for all ages, infant through adult.

St. Luke’s United Methodist Church also has a variety of other spiritual experiences for young children including Vacation Bible School and children’s choirs. All families are invited to participate.
