Day School 2008-2009 Registration
Registration
for St. Luke's Day School occurs in January and February for
the following school year.
After February 15, all applications will be processed in order of receipt.
Day School Registration

be obtained in the school office. Also, the following printable

Day School 9-Month Program (2008-09):
Registration
Fee is not refundable once the child
is accepted into the program.
May 2009 advance tuition and activity/supply
fee are not refundable once paid.

2008-09 Registration Packets available in the main office and online. Formal tours begin: 1/24, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12 at 9:30 am. Please call 713-402-5030 to make an appointment. |
| January 22-24 , 2008 |
2008-09 Re-enrollment Packets distributed to Currently Enrolled families. Registration packets for siblings of currently enrolled students available in main office. |

4, 2008 |
FIRST DAY DRAWING for Currently Enrolled families. Order of processing determined by a drawing; applications must be in the office by 6 pm. |

11, 2008 |
Last day for Currently Enrolled priority. |

12, 2008 |
Church Member application processing begins. Order of processing determined by a drawing; applications must
be in the office by 6 pm. |

Community application processing begins. Order of processing determined by a drawing; applications must be in the office by 6 pm. |
| March 7, 2008 |
Acceptance and waiting list letters mailed. |
After
registration period ends, submit application for addition to
the waiting list.
Openings will be filled from the waiting list through January
2009.

Day School Summer Camp 2008 Registration
Summer Camp 2008 information and forms are currently available. The Day School office will begin accepting summer applications March 3. Please do not turn in before this date.
Applications will be processed in order of receipt.

Summer Camp Program 08 - 2 Year Old:
This summer our 2 year olds will play and learn from the
wonderful world of Mother Goose!
Camp Dates: June 16 - August 15, divided into 5 sessions.
2 year olds may attend 2 or 3 days per week.
Sumer Camp Program 08 - 3, 4, & 5 Year Old:
This summer our 3, 4, and 5 year olds will embark on an
Ocean Adventure!
Camp Dates: June 16 - August 15, divided into 5 sessions.
3 year olds may attend 2 or 3 days per week.
4 and 5 year olds may attend five days a week.
